Registration

Registration for the LA–HPC is open to all interested parties. Registration fees vary depending on the type of participation (e.g., attendee, speaker, exhibitor, etc.). Registration fees also vary depending on the country from which the participant is attending.

The registration process for the LA–HPC is straightforward and can be completed online. Participants must fill out an online form and submit payment via credit card or PayPal. Once payment is received and the form is completed, the participant will receive a confirmation email with a link to the LA–HPC website, where they can access the registration portal.

In the registration portal, participants can complete the registration process by providing their personal information, selecting the type of participation, and specifying their desired presentation type (e.g., lecture, panel discussion, etc.). They can also indicate any special requirements they may have, such as dietary restrictions or specific accommodation needs. Once the registration process is complete, the participant will receive a confirmation email with a link to the LA–HPC website, where they can access the conference information and materials.

Participants should review the information carefully and make sure to read all of the materials provided. Participants should note that the registration fee does not include the cost of travel or accommodation. Most hotels require payment in advance and participants should make sure to check the hotel‘s cancellation policy before making a reservation. Participants should also make sure to check the conference‘s cancellation policy before making any non–refundable travel arrangements.
